Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made at least 96 hours (4 days) in advance of the scheduled arrival and before 12.00 h. (local time). In case of cancellation in less time, or not present at the hotel, the amount corresponding to 35% of the total of the reservation will be lost. (modifications of dates in the reservation below this period are considered cancellations)

Any change in the number of people hired must be communicated to the hotel for their compliance. Failure to comply, upon arrival at the hotel, may result in the use of the right of admission by the hotel or at the expense of additional expenses whether or not used by the client and invalidate any promotion or contracted offer billed the net price
